Hassan Muhammad Daqqou

Hassan Mohammed Daqqou, also known as the "King of Captagon" or the "Emperor of Captagon," has significant ties to Hezbollah and is linked to numerous Captagon seizures across the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Daqqou maintains close connections with the Fourth Division of the Syrian Army and has established an extensive drug trafficking network in Lebanon and Syria.
