Mehrsam Andisheh Saz Nik (MASN): Front Company for IRGC-Linked Cyber Operations

Mehrsam Andisheh Saz Nik (MASN), formerly known as Mahak Rayan Afraz, is a front company for the IRGC's Cyber and Electronic Warfare Command (IRGC-CEC). This company has supported malicious cyber activities conducted by the IRGC-CEC and has been linked to multiple Iranian advanced persistent threat (APT) groups, including Tortoiseshell. MASN is also associated with various other malicious cyber activities, including a multi-year campaign targeting over a dozen U.S. companies and government entities, including the Department of the Treasury.
