The Third Legion of the Syrian National Army

The Third Corps of the Syrian National Army includes several factions, most notably the Sham Front (Al-Jabha Al-Shamiya), which was formed on December 25, 2014, through the merger of several opposition factions in Aleppo. Its goal was to confront regime forces and unify military efforts. It later joined the Third Corps in 2021, making it one of the largest formations in northern Aleppo.
