Sarah bint Yousef Al Amiri

Sarah bint Yousef Al Amiri has been the UAE Minister of Education since 2024, focusing on enhancing education policies and global competitiveness. Previously, she was Minister of State for Public Education and Advanced Technology (2022–2024) and Chairperson of the UAE Space Agency (2020–2024), where she led the National Space Strategy 2030 and projects like the Emirates Mars Mission. She has also chaired the Emirates Scientists Council and the UAE Council for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Holding bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, she has been instrumental in advancing the UAE’s education, technology, and space sectors.
